"There was no continental breakfast especially for a big family that are traveling especially when kids love to make their own waffles and pick there food."

"This was the last stay on a 3 week road trip, and, by far, the best stay we've had! The staff was amazing, coffee and tea 24 hours, extremely clean room and facility, which was so appreciated! This was also the first pet friendly hotel that actually cleans up after people that don't. Every hotel we stayed at we were dodging "landmines" every time we took our girl out. Makes you wonder what they actually do with the pet fees they collect because it sure doesn't go towards keeping the grounds or rooms clean. Thank you to the amazing staff at Great Falls Inn!@ "

"The place is getting run down. The door to our room needed to be lifted up to close it. The room needed a good cleaning. Things needed fixing like the head board. "

"Over charged but nice hotel "

"Breakfast was below average and not replenished. Coffee was terrible. Room was clean and comfortable but you had to request a hair dryer from the front desk. It took 25 minutes for them to bring one to me. "

"Breakfast was good. Parking was okay. We could not get any hot water in our room. Filled the bathtub and it still was cool. Don’t like cold showers. "
